Jim Brittingham
Sales Floor Manager

Jim started out in the auto industry as a sales person in 1986 until 1999 when he joined the staff at Litchfield Ford as our Sales Floor manager and second Finance Specialist. Jim responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the dealership and assisting Management.

He particularly enjoys working with the Salesman and customers ensuring that the sales process here at Litchfield Ford is top notch. Jim lives in Plymouth with his family and pets and in his spare time enjoys a variety of sports.

Barbara Dew
Internet Sales Coordinator

Barbara began her career in the CRM arena of the automotive industry in 1989 while living in MD. For five years she managed the satellite office of a high end German automotive manufacturer overseeing their customer service communications center. She dealt extensively with 210 dealers and their customer base to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Upon moving to CT in 2000, she immediately joined the Litchfield Ford team. After several years as a saleswoman, she assumed her current position as Internet Sales Coordinator. Barbara lives in Thomaston with her beloved cats and enjoys traveling whenever possible.

Dan Rodrigues
Sales

Dan’s automotive product knowledge and sales experience spans 35 years. He has worked in several positions in the industry including the past year as a Certified Sales Consultant here at Litchfield Ford.

His gentle manner and extreme professionalism makes him a pleasure to work with for both the customer and his fellow associates. After a stint in Florida, where he wishes to retire one day, Dan is currently residing in his native Waterbury.

Jeff Smith
Sales

Jeff has just started his tenure here at Litchfield Ford but has been in the
automotive business for 10 years. His experience ranges from Sales to
Finance. While the Ford product may be new to him, he is a quick learn and
is ready, willing and able to assist you with your automotive needs be it
truck or car.

 
Jeff is a local of Litchfield county and resides with his wife and sons plus
a dog and two cats. He enjoys out door activities especially camping, snow
skiing and scuba diving.

Peter O Brien
Sales

Peter recently joined the sales team here at Litchfield Ford. Peter has been in the sales arena for 30 years and has spent the last 13 years in automotive sales. Peter is a happy go lucky, low pressure kind of guy who will be glad to assist you in your quest for an automotive that meets your needs.

Mike Lombardi
Sales

Mike has been in the automotive field for many years and possibly knows half the state through many different associations. He has been with Ford Motor Company for 21 years and is still going strong.

Before joining Ford he was in the auto parts business for fourteen years as a manager of two stores. Mike brings a vast amount of truck knowledge and selling experience to Litchfield Ford.

When not working Mike enjoys many varied hobbies and is in involved with youth sports activities in his community of Watertown/Oakville.

Steve Weir
Sales

Steve joined the automotive business in 1989. He enjoys the accomplishment of receiving Ford's “Legends and Leaders” status. Steve is also proud for placing 2nd out of 250 dealers and their associates in total Customer Satisfaction rating.

Steve is very pleased to be able to assist his first and second-generation customers with their automotive needs. Steve moved to Torrington in 1998 and he and his partner Michelle enjoy golfing, cooking, and exotic vacations. Steve is an avid fan of radio control modeling.
